3.1 Shipping Availability

Adult signature (21+) is required by law. Carriers cannot leave packages unattended.
Additional fees may apply for returned or reshipped packages due to missed deliveries or incorrect addresses.
3.3 Shipping Timelines
Orders typically ship within 2–5 business days, excluding holidays and extreme weather.
Wine shipments may be delayed during severe temperature conditions to protect product integrity.
3.4 Michigan vs. Out-of-State Shipping
Michigan orders may be shipped via our in-house shipping provider or local carriers.
Out-of-state shipments may be fulfilled through VinoShipper or third-party partners.
4. Returns, Exchanges, & Order Issues
Due to alcohol regulations, Rove Winery cannot accept returns of wine once it has been shipped, except where required by law.
4.1 Damaged or Flawed Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery
Provide order details and photos
We may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion
4.2 Incorrect Shipments
If you receive the wrong item, we will arrange a correction or replacement at no cost.
4.3 Merchandise Returns
Non-wine merchandise may be exchanged or returned within 14 days if unused and in original condition.
Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the error was ours.

Cancellations made 7+ days before the event may receive a refund or credit
Cancellations within 7 days are generally non-refundable
6.3 Wine Club Membership
Members may cancel any time, but cancellations must be received before the club processing date to avoid charges.
Once processed, wine club orders are final.

All content on this website—including text, images, logos, branding, graphics, designs, product descriptions, and digital assets—is the exclusive property of Rove Winery or its content providers.
