A: Rove Nation is Rove Winery's wine club, structured similarly to a Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) model. Members support the vineyard financially, which helps fund new plantings and organic/sustainable farming. In return, members receive regular wine shipments, discounts, and exclusive perks.

A: No — there's no upfront joining fee or annual membership fee! Your credit card is only charged at the time of each shipment.

A: Yes. Members must certify they are 21 years of age or older.

A: There are three levels:
Rambler (Explorer) – 2 bottles every other month (6x/year)
Irish Rover (Enthusiast) – 6 bottles twice a year (April & November)
Winegeese (Connoisseur) – 12 bottles twice a year (April & November)

A: Costs vary by wine selection and your customization preferences. Here are sample costs for each (mix vs. all white):
Rambler: $37–$53/shipment
Irish Rover: $110–$165/shipment
Winegeese: $205–$255/shipment

A: Irish Rover and Winegeese members can fully customize their bottle selections each April and November. Rambler members receive a curated selection and cannot customize their order.

A: Rambler and Irish Rover members receive 15% off additional purchases. Winegeese members receive 20% off, plus double loyalty points on regular purchases.

Q: How long am I committing to when I join?A: Members agree to one year of shipments based on their club level. Ex: 2 regular shipments for Irish Rover and Winegeese clubs. 6 Shipments for Ramblers.
Q: What if my wine sits unclaimed?A: Wine orders held at the winery will be considered abandoned after six months of storage, at which point members forfeit access to those bottles.
Q: How do I update my address, credit card, or wine selections?A: You can email wineclub@rovewinery.com or make changes through your online wine club account.
Q: What happens if I cancel early?A: Members who cancel before completing all shipments in their one-year commitment will be charged a $50 early cancellation fee. After receiving the base number of shipments in the membership agreement, there is no penalty for cancellation.

A: Rambler orders are available the first week of every other month (May, July, September, November, January, and March). Irish Rover and Winegeese orders ship/are available every April and November.

A: Yes! You can choose free pickup at the winery. Note that Rambler is a local pickup-only tier — it cannot be shipped

A: Yes! members can designate an approved representative to pick up their wine, this must be documented on your account prior to approval. Please either call the tasting room or email wineclub@rovewinery.com to make alternate arrangements.

A: Members must be present with their guests for the guests to enjoy the benefits of membership.

A: Members get a flat rate of $20 for all e-commerce shipments, which can save up to $75 or more compared to standard rates.

A: Yes. An adult must sign for the wine upon delivery. Shipping agents cannot leave packages unattended.

A: Yes. Active members earn 500 loyalty points for every friend or family member they refer who joins and accepts their first shipment. Points are redeemable in the tasting room or online for non-club purchases.

A: You must be accepting shipments or pickups, cannot have skipped more than 2 shipments in a row, and your membership cannot be on hold.
